Do I need to obtain a license to sell nascar and and other officially licensed products?

I have a retail store and I want to sell nascar, nfl and cartoon products. Do I need to have a license? And how would I get one?

   you answered your ?. yes you will a couple of things, permission from the nasacar org. (which they rarely give), local license, to set up shop on the street, business #’s and such..go to SBA.ORG (I believe) and they will answer all your ? also be mindful in using the car company’s name, color(s) ect.. you could be sued for copyright infringement.
   I’d suggest you call the U>S> Patient Office and ask them… they will be glade to talk this over with you… u can be anonymous
